Awaa Place is situated on the desirable dry side of Waimea, merely two minutes from town, placing you close to beaches, restaurants, hiking trails, star gazing opportunities, ATV tours, and horseback riding adventures.

Two well-furnished decks offer perfect spots for outdoor relaxation and impressive nighttime stargazing. Indoors, experience the warmth of koa and teak accents, along with comfortable furnishings that create a welcoming atmosphere. The home office features a two-person desk, allowing you to stay productive during your vacation. The main living area is designed for comfort, complete with sofas and a smart TV for streaming Netflix shows.

The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, making it ideal for preparing local ingredients on elegant granite countertops. Gather around the kitchen bar that seats five for delightful meals together.

Your primary bedroom awaits, showcasing a California king bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the lower deck. • This property accommodates a maximum of eight guests and allows for three vehicles. Hawaii law limits the number of unrelated persons to five per STVR.
• Community quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am.
• The grassy lawn may only be utilized for parking during daylight hours until quiet hours commence at 9 pm.
• Please note that access to the front door requires navigating a flight of exterior stairs, as guests must use these outdoor stairs to travel between the two levels.
• This rental does not have air conditioning, and the fireplace in the main living area is non-operational.
• This property cannot be booked for the two-week self-quarantine period.
• No smoking allowed.
• Parking details: On arrival, park up to three cars—two in the driveway and one in the garage—as street parking is prohibited.
• Damage waiver: Your reservation cost includes a nightly damage waiver fee which covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents. Please report any incidents to the host prior to check-out.
